MyRepublic Brand Identity Refresh
I led the brand refresh of regional telecommunications service provider MyRepublic, marking its transformation from an upstart challenger brand to an industry leader. The new brand identity won 2 Gold and 1 Silver awards at the Transform Awards (APAC) and earned 97% positive feedback from the company's customers.

Digital SaaS Brand Development
I was responsible for the brand identity development for digital platform SaaS provider MyRepublic Digital, a business startup that sought to enable seamless digital transformation for telecom operators worldwide. The challenge: To differentiate the brand from traditional digital service providers while establishing its credibility among larger clients.

'Never Stop' Marketing Campaign
To publicise the launch of Singapore's first all-unlimited mobile plan, I led creative and marketing efforts in distilling its key proposition into a simple evocative idea: Never stop doing what you love. I further developed an integrated marketing campaign across video, digital and OOH channels around this key idea.

My 4th Telco Advocacy Campaign
To generate interest and support for a bid to be Singapore's 4th telecommunications operator, I developed a campaign around the idea of 'My 4th Telco' alongside a narrative about a new kind of telco for the people. Campaign creatives included a dedicated website, event marketing collaterals, merchandise and more.

GAMER Arena eSports Branding
As head of brand and creative, I worked with marketing to brand and launch GAMER Arena, an esports tournament series and multi-channel marketing initiative for the company's GAMER sub-brand. The programme met with continued success, growing into a regional event with a $55,000 prize pool.

Business Solutions Sub-Brand Refresh
To reflect their expanded service offering and appeal to larger enterprise clients, I worked closely with internal product and business stakeholders to develop a brand refresh for MyRepublic's enterprise sub-brand, including a revamp and content update of their marketing collaterals.

Launch of Branded WiFi Routers
I played a key role in the design and regional launch of MyRepublic own branded WiFi routers: from naming to product and packaging design to providing creative and communications support for their marketing and operational roll-out.

To promote the high-speed performance of MyRepublic home broadband, I led the creative development of a marketing campaign, creating a narrative around a family of quirky but relatable characters. The campaign spanned various media channels including retail, online and OOH.
